Changed your mind? Here's how to cancel your order before it ships.

1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so the window for cancellation is limited.
2. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email our support team immediately at support@hotnest.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #12345" (replace with your actual order number).
Please include the following in your email:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Cancellation (Optional)
3. Refunds for Cancellations
If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window and before the item has shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear on your bank statement within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
4. Orders That Have Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return.
5. Pre-Order Cancellations
For pre-order items, you may cancel at any time before the item is shipped. Once a shipping label has been created for your pre-order, standard cancellation rules apply.
