2. International Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed based on the weight of your items and your location.

3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

HotNest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery days stated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@hotnest.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

HotNest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
